The kit took me about 3 - 4 hours to install. I purchased the classic, no audio or remote. The instructions are far from user friendly. The bags were mislabeled and 2 was actually 5, and 3 was 4. Also they don't tell you to make sure you try all the lights to be sure you aren't putting a blue light where a red would go. Made that mistake and turned them on and had to redo the truck siren lights. Also there is a leftover bag that wasn't in the instructions, has a on off switch and adhesive behind it. I have no clue what to do with it. Since instructions have only pictures and no written steps to follow.
Overall I am happy with the end result but I has to mark it down due to bad instructions.

The instruction videos, at least the ones I needed, are filmed from too far away so some details can‘t be seen.
Second is the fact, that I was surprised that the package came directly from china and I has to pay costom duties on top on the shipping costs…should be mentioned in the webshop.

I received these lights as a birthday gift. I felt a little overwhelmed when I opened the box and saw so many tiny lights. But once I downloaded the instructions and started putting it together, it was simple enough to do but time consuming! My Lego set is set up different to the standard way but with a bit of fiddling around I was still able to put lights on cherry blossom trees in their new spot and rewire them in a different order, was easy enough to figure out. Absolutely stunning set and I am so glad I upgraded this Lego set. I got the remote set, which although I don't like anything flashing or flickering the ability to turn some lights on or some off and to change the brightness of different lights is awesome. Can not recommend enough and now want to upgrade every Lego set I have! I would give ten stars if I could.
I would have to give it 5 star but 1 led light for the big flower missing glue so it was diffecult to make but finish result looks very good

Really impressed with this, the kit instructions were easy to follow and was fiddly but easy to put together. Has really made a feature out of this lovely piece. Recommend buying with remote too as I can change the light brightness or have some on some off which is fab! Customer support were also very helpful as I couldn't find the instructions and they sent them to me, thank you!

Great Light Kit!
Lego Rivendell set would be more auspicious with lights. The steps are easy to follow and once finished my family were mesmerised by the light and sound performances from LOTR movie. Thank you
