you’ll see the lego friends set, modified into a hogwarts greenhouse full of mandrakes, complete with a light kit from lelightgo! My favourite thing about this light kit is the fading lights at the dome and the blue of the pond as it looks awesome!
The exterior has remained mainly the same with some tweaks to the plants, but i’ve also moved the tree from inside to the left side to make space for the large tables with mandrakes and other plants on the inside.
This part of the castle has replaced my old greenhouse next to the quidditch pitch
It was really easy to install, with the tape-backed LED strips that stick to bricks really well. It surprisingly took less than half an hour to fully install all the lights and the instructions were very thorough in explaining where things go.
As it uses a USB you can plug it into the included battery box or you can plug into a wall plug!
If I do say so myself it really lights up this set in a magical way.
The lights are in! 💡I really like how it looks! The dome changes color constantly👌 It turned out awesome imo🤩
This is a good quality light kit. The connections were solid. This light kit was designed for the Botanical Garden, it fits well cause of the use of mostly adhesive strips. Only the tree has round bricks with lights.
I don't know if you can re-use it. Well, you could I guess if you have simular double sided tape.
I only used the pictures on their website as an example to install it, cause this is a moc and not the set. I'm a light kit n00b, and I managed to get it all in, and quite neatly if I may say so😌
