Ordered a set for the LEGO Kwik-E-Mart. Came in a nice plastic box with cover, the parts separated into smaller bags for easy assembly.
Seems the installation manual was not in the website, but after writing an Email I got the right one basically immediately!
And it gets better. Two lights did not work, which I think can always happen. After writing another mail I was told I get replacements asap... and received them already.
Regarding the lights: some blink (for the police car and cameras) some don't. Some have cold white color (for the ceiling lights), other warm light. It just looks stunning 😍
