The lights are nicely laid out and there was nice attention paid to the candle/campfire being connected to the flickering light output. However, I did encounter two problems.
The power splitter and controller are instructed to be put underneath the piece to maintain the aesthetic, which unbalances the set ( I corrected it by places 1x2 studs tiles along the under-side edges of the set to balance it out). Also, the set itself is very fragile and several pieces came apart, several times, when putting the lights on.
Try not to get frustrated and you will end up with a nice result.

Great set, brings it to life
Really nice set to bring the tree and house to life. Definitely recommend
